Who We Are

Grant and Kelly Seeney have been part of the hospitality industry for the best part of 20 years, starting in Adelaide in 1990 with a busy restaurant in Melbourne Street, North Adelaide which they set up and ran for two years. This, not being a challenge enough, they set out for Sydney, Grant’s home town and built a busy restaurant on the beachfront at Bondi. This thriving business they ran for 10 years in between bringing up their three beautiful children. In 2003, they sold their Bondi restaurant and travelled to Europe to collect ideas from the food capitals of the world to bring home and set up a new, fresh business in the leafy suburb of Mosman. Whisk Emporium was born.

Whisk Emporium is the delight of Mosman locals where they can drop in for a quiet coffee and cake, a fresh cut salad or exquisite lunch in the luxurious surroundings. Every day the menu changes and there is the added service of a home cooked dinner menu ready to take home.

The catering arm of Whisk was a natural expansion of the business as locals asked Grant and Kelly to help them with their private dinner parties and cocktail parties. From here, many of their private clients became corporate clients. Grant and Kelly have built a strong, innovative team that are not only passionate about food and event management but also add that extra bit of flair to any event.
